Spacious room, great amenities, which included a lovely outdoor swimming pool and free wi-fi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city just 18 km from the nearest airport.

After first night my allergies got so bad I asked in the reception if pets go on all rooms they said yes.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the comfy queen beds and the nice quiet atmosphere. The kids loved the pool and the sun loungers made for perfect chill spots. Just a heads up, check your room details upon arrival, as we had a bit of a mix-up at first. 😊

Family getaway at a good spot

We stayed for 2 nights, and the location was perfect, right by the river walk. The breakfast was really a hit with the kids, they loved the waffle machine!

It wasn’t cheap, but seriously acceptable for the experience we had.

I enjoyed the mini kitchen setup in the room, which had a fridge and microwave. It made it easy to fix snacks and save money on meals. The breakfast offered a great variety, making mornings more pleasant. The location was stellar, right on the Riverwalk, allowing for easy access to local attractions. However, two out of the three elevators were out of service, making it a pain to come and go, especially during busy breakfast hours. The valet service was a huge letdown, taking over an hour on the last day to retrieve my car, despite the expensive $55 a day charge. It felt disorganized and frustrating. Also, the comfort of the bed could really use improvement. it felt sloped and not very supportive. Overall, the stay had excellent aspects, but some issues really impacted the experience.

Family with children enjoyed a spacious Queen Studio during our three-night stay. Loved the convenient kitchenette for quick meals. However, after flight cancellations, a credit upon arrival would have shown more understanding. For food options, explore nearby eateries for authentic local cuisine!

The location of Home2 Suites By Hilton was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room had a well-equipped mini kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, which allowed me to prepare my own meals and snacks, significantly enhancing my stay. The staff was professional and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

One of the elevators was out of service, causing minor delays during peak times.

Check-in was a hassle with miscommunication about our room and difficulties with valet parking. The view from our room was lovely, but cleanliness and service standards fell short, leaving us with mixed feelings about our stay.

The location was awesome, right on the Riverwalk. The Queen Studio was spacious with a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and a comfy sofa bed. They had a nice swimming pool with lounge chairs for relaxing. Breakfast was tasty, especially the Texas-shaped waffles. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze.
